Information that reaches us

When you complete the request form or write to us, we receive whatever you choose to type: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the fence work and any photos you attach. Like most sites, the server and basic analytics tools also log routine technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and an approximate location derived from the network address.

Why we use it

Your details are used to pass your project along, to answer your questions, to send follow-up emails about that request, and to understand in general terms how visitors use the site so it can be improved. We do not build marketing lists from it.

Who else sees your request

The main reason you contact us is to reach someone who can do the job, so your request is forwarded to the independent fence contractor that covers your address. That contractor then handles the conversation, the visit and any agreement with you under its own practices.
